Responsibilities: Key Sales: Completion of RFQ's from customers Negotiating/processing with customers regarding pricing/lead time for spot orders Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders Negotiating new business with customers Quarterly business reviews with customers Customer price updates & price file management Rolling reviews of customer margin to maintain profitability. Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability. Obtaining up to date forecast information for key customers with regular communication. Monthly forecasting analysis on key accounts Request stock part creation through the PIT channel and maintenance of customer drawings Stock part creation Customer declarations (export) and creation of commercial invoices Creation of customer kits on MDS & management of kits Linking customer stock codes with our stock codes in MDS Creation of works orders for parts to be sent to platers, liaising with warehouse for dispatch/receipt. Offering technical advice on applications and assistance to customers Resolving empty bin queries by liaising with customer & purchasing department Twice daily review of any invoice exceptions Creation of daily sales sheet for circulation to the team and other key stakeholders Calculating on time delivery results every month. Purchasing: Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing/lead time for spot orders Product sourcing & resourcing Placing/progressing PO's with suppliers Quality & Customer Service: Dealing with any quality concerns raised by our customers. Raising debit notes on suppliers/arranging for goods to be returned to suppliers if goods are rejected. Accounts: Weekly review of any PO price/qty queries to aid invoice payment through the AP recycle report Resolving any invoice queries raised by the customer. Aiding our AR department when needed to get outstanding invoices paid. Warehouse: Liaising with warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched on time to your customers. Resolving any goods in queries relating to orders you have placed with suppliers. Liaising with Kanban administrator to maintain accurate Kanban master lists and bin quantities. Requirements: Intermediate knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel. Ability to make profitable savings and maximise sales.
