We are looking for an individual who will:
* · Have an accredited SENDCo qualification (or working towards)
* · Hold QTS or QTL’s
* · Be passionate about education and inclusion
* · Have leadership experience and qualities
* · Be ready to develop their leadership skills within a school
* · Can effectively manage the SEND provision in partnership with the Principal
* Has excellent organisational skills.
* Can drive forward strategic priorities and translate these into practical actions.
* Demonstrates professionalism consistent with the Trust’s values: aspirational, collaborative, inclusive, innovative and responsible, underpinned with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
