Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to work during the night to support our students and help maintain building standards.
They must be able to commit to a 0 hour contract, working a shift pattern of 9pm-6am or 10pm-7am.
In a customer-facing environment, your role is to ensure that designated areas of the building, inside and outside, are cleaned to high standards and to provide great customer service to our residents while being vigilant to ensure safety.
Role Responsibilities
1. Cleaning designated areas to high standards, following the cleaning schedule for deep cleaning each room.
2. Ensuring that all external areas, terrace, smoking areas, and bin store are cleaned throughout the evening.
3. Providing excellent customer service to our residents and ensuring that all residents are acknowledged and greeted whenever they are met.
4. Being vigilant while carrying out duties, continuously checking for any damage, faults, or defects. If found, follow the reporting procedures to the management team.
5. Attending to any query or incident within the residence and resolving the issue promptly.
6. Taking the lead in the event of an emergency, following procedures, contacting the relevant emergency services, and escalating the issue to the Residence Manager.
