The Learning and Development Facilitator role at Avery Healthcare is focused on driving performance and quality within their care homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team. The role involves being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators to identify learning needs and ensure all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of the learners.
Main duties of the job
As the Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include:
* Being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of topic areas with a focus on statutory and mandatory training.
* Assisting in the identification of learning needs by utilising the LMS, working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators.
* Following appropriate governance and quality assurance structures that are in place across all learning and development activities.
* Ensuring all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, proactively taking an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all learners.

About you
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required as we are proud to offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role. Our ideal candidate must:
* Hold a full UK Drivers License and own transport.
* Have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards.
* Have Moving and Handling Instructor Qualification.
