Are you an experienced Commercial Operations Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? We have a fantastic 12-month contract position available with our client, an industry-leading organisation in the heart of London, United Kingdom.
As the EMEA Commercial Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's Devices and Services division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of core business programmes, including trade-in and financing.
By building strong relationships with partners, you will ensure mutual success and maximise growth opportunities. You will also analyse the business to identify areas for improvement in both revenue growth and customer experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to expand capabilities in new markets.
As an expert in consumer hardware and e-commerce, you will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance teams to develop and refine our go-to-market strategy. By reporting key metrics and providing valuable insights, you will contribute to regular business reviews and yearly planning.
Requirements:
1. Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Demonstrated programme management and operational experience in an e-commerce environment.
3. Previous experience within the consumer electronics industry, ideally with a focus on mobile phones.
4. Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
5. Operational experience within a fast-paced online sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
6. Adept at planning and managing both strategically and operationally.
7. Ability to successfully launch new products in the market.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Able to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
10. Experience working within European markets and established regional retail knowledge (significant advantage).
