Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, outlining safe operational procedures, carrying out site inspections, and preparing health and safety strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will engage with various stakeholders and lead in-house training on health and safety issues, all while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and adapting our systems to improve safety practices. Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent SHEQ Manager Requirements: Level 6 NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations specific to the construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in IT systems, particularly MS Office applications, and willing to learn our internal system, Procore.
