Salary: £11.90 to £12.00 per hour

About the Role
Imperial Breeze Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of those under your care.
Main Duties
* Assists and enables service users to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe.
* Serves meals to service users at the table or in bed and assists with feeding if required.
* Assists with service users’ overall comfort and wellbeing.
* Provides interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service user.
* Helps with daily activities such as letter writing, paying bills, and collecting benefits.
* Undertakes light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required.
* Monitors service users’ conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, and contributes to record keeping.
* Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans.
Qualifications
* Minimum of UK Care certificate Standard Training.
* NVQ2 or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or achieve within 12 months).
* Applicant should be 18 years old and have experience working in a care environment.
* Training in safe patient handling and movement desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
* English Language Proficiency based on UK requirement.
* Background checks including a CRB check.
