Role Summary
As a Marketing Manager at TOMM Jewellery, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we communicate our brand to the world. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to develop creative campaigns, produce captivating content, and work closely with our founder to bring the brand’s vision to life. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative multi-channel marketing strategies to grow TOMM Jewellery’s online presence and drive e-commerce sales.
* Create high-quality content, including video production, social media posts, and blog articles, that align with TOMM’s tone of voice.
* Oversee and grow TOMM Jewellery’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), building meaningful engagement and a loyal community.
* Write compelling, on-brand copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, website content, and more.
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo to nurture our audience and boost conversions.
* Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet performance goals.
* Improve SEO and SEM performance to enhance organic traffic and search visibility.
* Analyse marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations to improve strategies.
* Collaborate with the founder and small team to align marketing efforts with TOMM’s overall mission and goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and e-commerce.
* Expertise in video production and editing to create compelling visual stories.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills that align with TOMM’s playful, romantic, and inspiring tone of voice.
* Proficiency in social media management and growth strategies across key platforms.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
* Knowledge of paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and performance analytics.
* Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
* Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, small-business environment.
* A genuine passion for jewellery, design, and connecting with people.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
* Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant areas.
* Experience working with small businesses, start-ups, or DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands.
* At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a product-based brand.
