Responsibilities & accountabilities
* Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner on Reception. Ensure strict adherence to Starks Security Policy concerning visitors and contractors: maintain visitor log.
* Provide proactive, helpful, efficient and courteous support for enquiries and queries on the telephone.
* Assist H&S /Compliance team members in updating and maintaining all records.
* Update all STS documents and add/maintain SharePoint.
* Proactively deal with health and safety matters including contributing to the health and safety committee
* Maintain and update the Reception manual and key holders list.
* Assist with arranging social events.
* Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
* Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
* Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and cooperate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
