The Digital Learning Lead is the primary leader for training design at Giacom, overseeing the development and deployment of digital learning materials across various business units to align with the overarching L&D strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent and People Development, this role manages the scope, design, delivery and evaluation of digital learning content, ensuring high-quality, accessible training that meets both group standards and individual needs. This is an exciting opportunity that supports cross-functional collaboration, ownership of the LMS, and continuous quality improvement through data-driven insights. This role will drive the transition to a ‘digital first’ content creation and user access strategy across Giacom. All team members (you included) will be required to complete mandatory e-learning as part of their role and you have an amazing opportunity to make this fun, engaging and impactful. What you'll be doing Lead the strategic design and implementation of digital content across Giacom, ensuring alignment with the L&D goals and objectives. Oversee the creation of learning materials for various business units, ensuring they meet leadership, sales, product, compliance, and soft skills needs. Collaborate with HRBPs, SMEs, and stakeholders to design impactful training materials, gathering insights and feedback along the way. Ensure training content is innovative, accessible, and integrates with Giacom's IT systems. Manage the Learning Management System, supporting stakeholders and maximising digital learning potential. Continuously improve learning initiatives based on data-driven insights, learner feedback, and emerging trends. Ensure high standards of compliance training, focusing on engagement and effectiveness. Develop and track metrics to assess and improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes. Your Experience Proficient in the Articulate 360 suite, with particular focus on Storyline and RISE. Experience of video content creation tools, ideally Synthesia. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles. Expert in Learning Management Systems (ideally 360 Learning). Solid foundation in adult learning theories and instructional design. Able to use data to form insights, tell stories and influence action. What's in it for you? Flexible working.
