We are looking for an Office Business Development Manager to work alongside one of our colleagues in the field BDM team, concentrating on long term lending. The role will be office based and from one of our offices in Chatham, Fareham or Wolverhampton. The team identify and develop business opportunities from intermediary relationships, acting as the day to day contact for intermediary relationships whilst providing a high level of service. As Office Business Development Manager, you will have strong communication skills to build, develop and maintain relationships with Brokers and intermediaries, providing support and guidance to deliver associated targets in relation to loan completions. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering agreed mortgage application, completion and associated activity targets through non face to face support to intermediaries, including providing a high level of service to all accounts within your allocated patch Preparing, maintaining and delivering an account management plan, providing ongoing support to the Field Business Development Manager as required Identify where intermediaries and firms have learning needs about any of the group lending lines, provide education and guidance to ensure they can maximise opportunities for their customers Providing support on more complex lending requests and utilise internal departments to ensure consistency of outcomes. Contributing to product development by sharing ideas, in order to generate new business through communication with line management.
