Bar Manager
Full Time 48 Hours £36,000 per annum + Share of Service Charge

About you and the role
As a Bar Manager, you will oversee our multi-bar operations, responsible for overseeing the daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be key in managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage and coordinate the activities of the bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
* Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
* Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
* Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
* Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
* Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
* Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
* Have great communication with all staff and guests alike
* Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills
* Bar management experience essential
* Training and Development experience and skills essential
* Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field desirable
