Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Managing the operation of the kitchen
2. Managing presentation and service
3. Assisting the Head Chef in planning meals and consulting with residents and care staff to ensure that individual dietary needs and preferences are catered for.
4. Promote leadership and mentoring to kitchen staff
5. Maintain excellent standards of performance
6. Record management and compliance with quality.
