Recruitment Admin (Fulfilment Consultant) - Care Sector

Our Care recruitment team are currently looking to welcome a Fulfilment Consultant (Admin) to their Edinburgh based business. Working alongside our experienced recruitment team, you will be playing a key role in supporting our residential teams with compliance/admin duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Compliance administration utilizing various systems to process
2. Supporting candidates in their starter process
3. Processing paperwork electronically, liaising with the consultants
4. First point of contact for all compliance related queries
5. Ensure full maintenance of all systems and records, in a timely and accurate manner
6. Maintain an ongoing relationship with onboarded candidates throughout the duration of their assignment
To be successful in this role you will:
1. Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
2. Have excellent communication skills and be capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
3. Possess the ability to work under pressure
4. Have good attention to detail
5. Exhibit IT Literacy
6. Demonstrate strong organizational skills
