Customer Service Coordinator – Loughborough – £28,500
The Job:
A leading business in the agricultural sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Loughborough. This is a full-time, office-based, permanent role, focusing on managing customer and account manager requests from order to cash. You will provide essential administrative support, resolve customer queries, and act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer queries, invoice disputes, and credit notes from start to resolution.
2. Supporting account managers with administration, including onboarding new customers, contracts, and pricing updates.
3. Acting as a liaison between internal teams to streamline communication and resolve issues promptly.
4. Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing ad hoc reports.
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

5. Analytical and improvement-focused, with excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
1. Experience in the agricultural or feed industry.
2. Customer service, sales support or strong administration experience.
