Knowledge and experience within a related field Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including multi agencies partners and service users with vulnerabilities. Ability to analyse and evaluate complex quantitative and qualitative data and report findings clearly and succinctly. Experience of leading and motivate a team to deliver high quality services. Experience of planning in order to deploy resources efficiently and effectively. IT skills including experience of using presentation, database and spreadsheet software etc Ability to work collaboratively.
