About the Role As a Media Planning Director, you will take charge of developing and implementing multi-channel media strategies, focusing on digital platforms.

Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s media planning function, driving client success, and contributing to business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Media Strategy & Planning Design and execute data-led media strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Utilize advanced audience profiling tools (e.g., TGI) to gain insights and refine media plans.
Collaborate with internal teams, media owners, and creative partners to deliver impactful solutions.
Keep ahead of media consumption trends to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.
Client Management Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their recruitment media needs.
Deliver detailed campaign performance reports, offering actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
Marketing & Business Development Develop thought leadership content, such as case studies and award entries.
Participate in new business pitches, showcasing your expertise in media strategy.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in media planning across digital and traditional channels, with a strong grasp of the UK media landscape.
Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
A track record of using data and audience insights to drive successful strategies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to foster relationships with media owners and internal stakeholders alike.
