About the Role As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and mortgage consultants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: Client Support: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Administrative Tasks: Preparing and processing documentation for IFA and mortgage cases, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
