About Us
We are a family-owned and run independent business with workshops in King's Lynn and Hunstanton. Over the 30 years we have been in business, we have built a fantastic reputation in the marketplace for being reliable, professional, honest and offering unparalleled customer service - our staff are proud to work for us. Check out our Google reviews to see what our customers think of us.
Being an independent, we offer something different to the main dealer. We have a smaller team so we're able to get to know each and every one of our employees on a more personal level. Our staff are nurtured and supported to enhance their skill set, reach their potential, grow in confidence and ultimately, enjoy their time at work. It's of the utmost importance to us that our staff feel valued and happy in their work; we do everything we can to ensure this is the case. We place a focus on building relationships with staff, not just in the workplace, but outside of it too, through company events and activities.
One of our top priorities is supporting our employees' wellbeing. All our staff members have access to a free, comprehensive online wellbeing programme called Health Assured. This offers them professional advice from mental health practitioners, nutritionists and financial advisors, and everything is completely confidential. Our garages are also closed every weekend to give staff the chance to recuperate and enjoy a good work-life balance.
Our technicians get to work on all makes and models of vehicle, build on current skills and learn new ones from senior members of staff. Part of the job is exploring your potential and there is an opportunity to further your career with external training courses. We train in-house and encourage staff to grow into their potential and climb the ladder within the business.
