Our client is a leading manufacturer of injection-moulded components for the packaging, logistics, and warehousing industries. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth while managing existing customer accounts in a balanced 50/50 capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships.This position offers a blend of autonomy and support, with the freedom to leverage your sales expertise alongside the internal sales team.
Duties to include :
1. Sales Development & Lead Generation: Identify and develop sales targets to drive growth. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person meetings.
2. Client Relationship Management: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients, virtually and face-to-face, to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and offer tailored solutions.
3. Proposals & Negotiations: Create and present customised quotes and proposals. Negotiate pricing and specifications to close sales effectively.
