You’ll also work closely with the Finance and Technical teams to manage customer accounts, track smart meter installations, and monitor credit terms.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
* Proven collection skills and experience;
* Intermediate IT skills in MS Office;
* Listens attentively to customer requests and instructions;
* Maintains a professional approach when faced with conflicting demands or complaints;
* Highly numerate with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
