£30,000 Full time and Permanent
Please note that this is a fully office-based role.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Manage HR administrative tasks including the full employee lifecycle.
* Manage employee enquiries
* Assist in the production of HR metrics
* Manage the work experience and intern programme
* Manage the recruitment process, as well as the onboarding process
* Assist in a range of activities and providing necessary support to the wider HR team
HR Administrator - About you
* Previous experience working as a HR Administrator
* Familiarity with UK employment legislation
Experience with Payroll is preferred
* Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, SharePoint
* Ability to critically examine information for accuracy and quality
* Strong communication skills
* Previous experience with Recruitment
* Able to work in a team with people at all levels of the organisation
* Confidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data
Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
