This role is a niche position covering varied tasks inclusive of Games performance, layout and testing across all platforms and brand, ensuring a high level of quality, accuracy and visual content is on display. The individual will also be supporting and maintaining our customer contact platform and the maintenance of existing website content. Responsibilities Oversee game ordering and promotions, working closely with the design team to improve visual assets. Conduct testing of games on both UAT and live environments to verify accuracy, layout, spin mechanics, loading speeds, and compatibility across multiple browsers and devices (mobile, iPads, etc.). Manage game-related partner requests Regularly test and evaluate games across all platforms to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and user experience. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, including game releases, content strategies, and user engagement approaches, to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure weekly game releases are completed on time and meet the requirements set by the CRM team. Perform weekly checks on game performance, updating game tiles for improved visibility and requesting new tile designs when necessary. Manage website content across various brand sites ensuring updates and improvements are implemented as requested. Create and manage new landing pages. Deploy WordPress updates for promotional content across all brands. Address and resolve game-related queries from various departments in a timely manner. Assist with the implementation of game provider promotions. Management of Zendesk, including bug fixes, change requests, and new brand setups.
