IDT Service Desk Assistant - Fixed Term until October 2025
We are looking for an IDT Service Desk Assistant to provide customer-focused, reliable, and flexible operational first point of contact IDT support to all Telford & Wrekin staff, Schools, and Councillors, enabling them to operate more effectively and efficiently.
