Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, focusing on merchants, fintechs, and global businesses that can benefit from the platform.
* Client Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the value of our solutions to clients, addressing their unique needs.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in new business/sales, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology.
* A proactive self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Has experience using CRM tools and analytics to manage sales pipelines and performance metrics.
* Thrives in a team-oriented culture while also being effective independently.
* Possesses a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and mobile money markets in Africa (advantageous).
