About You We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and support our mission to deliver exceptional services to our residents. Essential Skills and Experience: • Experience in HR or office administration. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel). • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • A commitment to confidentiality and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Desirable Skills: • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Human Resources. • Familiarity with HR systems like iTrent. • Experience using online recruitment platforms and training systems.
