I'm looking for an experienced Order Processor who will sit in the Customer Service Team for a Drinks Business based in London for a Maternity Cover Contract.
As the Order Processor, you will be hands-on, organised, highly motivated, and have a clear understanding of the Customer Service function.
POSITION OVERVIEW
You will work alongside the Customer Service team to accurately process, input, and manage orders.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Processing customer sales orders through our ERP system
* Managing the Customer Service Inbox
* Responding to customer ETA Requests
* Resolving customer complaints including shortages, breakages, and incorrect products
* Resolving customer requests and queries over the phone
* Processing customer credits
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Proven customer service and order processing experience
* Good knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Transport and Logistics background
* Experience working in a FMCG environment is advantageous
This is a hybrid role where you will be in the office 2 to 3 times a week depending on business needs.
The salary bracket for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 + bonus and great benefits!
