JOB TITLE: Security Officer REPORTING TO: Shared Service Manager LOCATION: Arena Shopping Park, Coventry, CV6 6LN CONTRACT: Fulltime Permanent HOURS: 42 hours per week SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, two sets of days then two sets of nights, rolling shift pattern PAY RATE: £12.20 per hour ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE This is a permanent contract. Door Supervisor licences required. Arena Shopping Park is an indoor and outdoor shopping centre housing over 30 retail shops and restaurants. We are looking to appoint a security officer to complete our team and help maintain a safe and secure shopping environment. The customer experience should be at the heart of everything you do. Person Specification: SIA Door Supervisor licence essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management Smart and well-groomed High level of attention to detail Ability to take ownership of all situations to ensure tasks are completed or escalated when necessary.
