Job Introduction
This is a brilliant opportunity to join the BBC Group Reward team as part of a new specialist area looking after benefits and recognition programmes for our colleagues in the UK and Internationally. This role will work closely with the new Head of Benefits and wider reward team to deliver exceptional employee benefits for all colleagues, in the UK and across 60+ locations globally. We work with teams in BBC News, Radio, Sport, iPlayer, BBC Sounds and our commercial teams who produce and distribute some of the best content on television, audio and film.
Main Responsibilities
* Planning and delivery of annual renewals to ensure efficient delivery and well-managed schemes.
* Benchmarking of benefits and associated policies across 60+ locations. Work with local HR and business teams to understand market practice and local employee needs.
* Working closely with internal parties and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery of benefits and related advice to employees.
* Provision of data and analytics to track benefits and recognition engagement, participation and ROI to support decision making and stakeholder management.
* Design and delivery of employee briefings and education sessions and communication materials; identifying new opportunities to improve understanding and take up of benefits.

* Experience of delivering employee benefits and recognition programmes in a complex matrix organisation.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret data (qualitative & quantitative) to support evidence-based decision making.
* Adept at managing numerous, diverse stakeholders, internally and externally.
* Comfortable communicating across multiple channels and with varied audiences.
* Understanding of end-to-end process design.
* Solutions focused and pro-active.
* Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
* Collaborative and willing to work across multiple teams.
