On-Street Supervisor - Bootle - Full Time; 45 hours per week - Salary: £30,279.60 per annum

We are looking for an On-Street Supervisor to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Bootle. As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.
This role is ideal for current or previous Civil Enforcement Officers looking to develop their career.
What will you do?:
* Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
* Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
* Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures.
* Motivate, praise and develop your team.
* Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team.
* Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues.
* Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff.
* Maintain and uphold client liaisons.
What will you bring?:
* You will need 1 year of Civil Enforcement Officer experience.
* Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting.
* Experience working within a client-facing role with good commercial acumen.
* Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
