Job Title: Project Support
Location: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS.
Reports to: Quality Operations Manager, Operations
The Opportunity
The Project Support is our foundation layer to provide back-end supports to the Operations Team to
deliver great face-to-face and online Executive Education programs. You will work closely with
Project Managers and Project Coordinators to complete various tasks that are necessary to plan,
organize and deliver programs.
Your ability to be well organized and to manage your priorities is key to success. Your efficient
communication skill is also crucial to make sure your team members up to date with the progress
and outcomes of the tasks assigned. You will also be expected to be proficient at our delivery
technologies for online programs and to work efficiently on internal systems such as Microsoft,
Salesforce and Monday.com. Training (formal and on-the-job) will be provided during and after the
onboarding period.

Responsibilities include:
• Delivering technical facilitation such as breakout rooms for our online programs to ensure
the most engaging and smooth program delivery.
• Liaising with Ashridge House (our main campus) to make sure everything such as the
teaching team being set up properly for our face-to-face programs in the morning.
• Creating and formatting slide decks, program materials and workbooks for program
participants.
• Monitoring and organizing your task mailbox and prioritizing tasks.
• Completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Supporting other team members with their ad-hoc requests.
• Any other tasks assigned.

Skills and Experience required:
• Degree or equivalent and track record of good academic grades
• Confident with technology such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce
• Excellent communicator and team player
