About the Role: The role involves managing Region Supply Chain procurement for Warehouse & Distribution and Pallets by creating and implementing a Strategic Sourcing Plan within budget. It includes defining a mid-term activity plan to support key projects, conducting spend analysis, category management, and sourcing strategies. The focus is on aligning with long-term sourcing strategies and corporate goals to enhance profit and growth. Main Responsibilities: As the Supply Chain Procurement Manager, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain function, focusing on crafting long-term sourcing strategies in close collaboration with internal partners and category leaders. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyse supply and demand, creating strategic plans and budgets that aim to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and effectively manage risks. Your role will emphasise continuous improvement, where you will define and refine processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. You will conduct thorough market intelligence research to inform your procurement activities and implement spend analysis processes alongside structured cost modelling to establish clear KPIs. Additionally, you will develop regional risk reduction programs that align with the overarching objectives of the company. In your capacity as the Supply Chain Procurement Manager, you will take charge of analysing performance and managing supplier relationships through regular strategic meetings with key suppliers. You will ensure supplier contract compliance with legal standards and closely monitor KPI performance to guarantee reliability in quality and delivery. Regular reporting on these metrics will be crucial to maintaining effective supplier partnerships. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating framework agreements and contracts that align with the company's goals, setting the stage for sustained success in procurement operations.
