My client is an award-winning advice firm with offices across Norfolk and Suffolk, established for almost forty years.
My client is seeking a Financial Services experienced candidate who has spent time working in corporate/employee benefits; however, candidates with a solid IFA practice background will also be considered. Role Purpose
To undertake a lead support role to my client's existing team of established Employee Benefits Consultants and Directors to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure a clear audit trail is maintained for all client records.
2. To ensure timely delivery of employee benefits scheme processing for group risk, group private medical insurance, and other schemes/policies as required.
3. To provide administrative support for new, existing, and complex schemes.
4. To manage Auto-Enrolment compliance for all pension schemes.
5. To manage annual renewal and market reviews for all existing group risk schemes.
6. To prioritise and process claims and keep client and consultant up to date with progress.
7. To ensure bespoke compliance documents are accurate and up to date.
8. To process monthly payments, ensuring that the contributions are correct.
9. To organise and prepare for client governance and pre-renewal meetings.
10. To complete follow-up actions from client meetings in line with instructions from consultant, liaising with both client, insurer, and pension provider as required.
11. To check and issue policy documentation.
12. To assist clients with the implementation of Employee Assistance programmes.
13. To prepare Employee Announcement Letters for new and existing schemes.
14. To keep Corporate Spreadsheet up to date.
15. To draft proposition documents, reports, and presentations for consultants.
16. To provide feedback to consultants, keeping them up to date.
17. To ensure IO is up to date and opportunities are added and maintained regularly and correctly, in consultation with the Employment Benefit Consultant/Director.
18. To liaise with consultants and clients to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
19. To support, train, and develop junior team members to enable them to undertake tasks that will benefit the team and ultimately the client.
20. To undertake project activity to ensure the efficient running of the office e.g., streamlining processes and documents, creating a framework for checking work, ensuring templates/documents are correct and in the right place, workflow management.
21. To maintain and update your own talent development record, ensuring objectives are up to date and impact of any training is recorded.

Qualifications
* R01 Regulation and Ethics (essential)
* GR1 Group Risk (essential)
* R04 Pension and Retirement Planning (desirable)
* Progressing towards the Diploma in insurance (desirable)
Experience
Good understanding of systems and processes for Employee Benefits and providing accurate and timely administration support.
Knowledge
Compliance/regulation, knowledge of pensions, group risk and healthcare, group pensions administration, automatic enrolment duties, group life, group income protection and group critical illness schemes, and employee assistance programmes.
