Job Title: Commissioning Branch Manager Domiciliary Care - Complex Care
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
This is a fantastic role for any Domiciliary Care Manager who has sound domiciliary experience and commissioning experience. With a background in complex care needs, my client specializes in supporting people with profound physical disabilities and associated needs. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual who has several years' experience of managing a domiciliary care service to manage their new domiciliary care service and respite care service.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to all clients.
2. Recruiting and managing the care coordinators.
3. Engaging and building relationships with customers such as NHS and care homes.
4. Ensuring the care service is compliant with CQC regulations.
Experience Required:
1. Experienced Domiciliary Support Manager.
2. Experience in starting up a new project.
3. Experience working with people with complex needs.
4. The ability to organize, coach, and lead staff effectively.
5. Energetic and highly motivated.
6. Excellent communication skills.
