Property / Project Coordinator\n\nBirmingham \n\nCirca £26,000 Per annum\n\nWe have an exciting, yet immediate vacancy for our client a housing provider based in Birmingham to recruit a Property Coordinator.\n\nThe Property / Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Property Team Leader, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget whilst meeting high-quality standards.\n\nThe role involves coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist in developing and maintaining project schedules.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.\nMaintain project documentation and prepare regular status updates.\nTrack project budgets and monitor resource allocation.\nAct as a point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate communication.\nIdentify and manage project risks and issues.\nSupport quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews.\nPerform general administrative tasks and handle logistics for project-related travel and events.For immediate consideration, please contact Nicky Murdock at Grafton Recruitment
