Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Customer Service Executive, you will:
* Assist in processing orders for accessories, chargeable repairs, and service contracts.
* Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
* Help maintain and update our CRM database to enhance communication and customer relationships.
* Support the management and processing of UK orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to customer satisfaction by understanding and catering to their specific needs.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure premium service from start to finish.
* Assist the Operations & Sales team with daily tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Create and issue quotations and order confirmations.
* Provide everyday administrative support.
Skills required:

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
5. Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

7. A-level education or equivalent.
