Salary: £35K-£40K
Additional uncapped bonus
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week / Full-time - compressed working and flexible working.

ABOUT THE ROLE
At Tops Parkstone, we believe in creating magical moments for children in a safe, fun, and educational setting—and we’re looking for a Nursery Manager to lead the way! As the manager, you’ll oversee the daily buzz of activities, making sure the nursery runs smoothly while ensuring the safety, development, and happiness of all the little ones in our care.

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a motivated leader who loves working with children and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (minimum).
* A passion for creating safe, educational, and engaging spaces for children.
* The ability to lead with positivity and enthusiasm, inspiring your team every day.
* An in-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Strong communication skills to engage with staff, parents, and children alike.
* A knack for managing a diverse workload, balancing priorities, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* A strong commitment to health and safety, ensuring compliance and risk assessments are carried out effectively.
