We are currently working with a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked firm in London that is looking for a talented Employment Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Employment law professional to join an award-winning and supportive team. Your responsibilities will include: Provide legal advice on all aspects of employment law to employers and employees. Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and handbooks. Handle workplace disputes including dismissals, grievances, discrimination, and redundancy issues. Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and negotiate settlements. Prepare legal documents such as contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal bundles. Advise on business changes affecting staff, such as restructures, TUPE, and acquisitions. Ensure clients comply with employment laws and HR best practices. Keep up to date with legal developments and provide training or briefings where needed. The successful candidate: Minimum of 6 months PQE with experience in the Employment field. Strong eye for accuracy and detail across all tasks. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines effectively. Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Skilled at handling multiple tasks and managing confidential or sensitive information. Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow professionally. Forward-thinking and proactive. Clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing. Committed to delivering high standards of client service and building strong relationships. Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
