Job Title: Lead IT Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + car allowance + bonus

Responsibilities - Lead IT Support Engineer:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
* Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory and Office 365 infrastructure.
* Document, optimise, and streamline existing systems and processes to improve organisational efficiency.
* Assist with IT project management and eventually take a lead role in project initiatives.
* Maintain IT equipment inventory, ensuring timely updates to hardware and software.
* Oversee backup systems, security measures, and anti-virus management to ensure operational continuity.
* Work closely with third-party service providers to ensure IT solutions are delivered effectively.
* Negotiate and maintain software and hardware agreements with IT partners and vendors.
* Set up and manage basic network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN for remote sites and the main office.
* Support the rollout of new software, systems, and tools, including company-wide training.
* Participate in drone flying for site surveys (training provided).
Requirements - Lead IT Support Engineer:
* Proven experience in an IT service desk or support environment.
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN) and IT security practices.
* Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve IT challenges independently.
* Desire to develop professionally and take on leadership responsibilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to undertake drone flying training for site surveys.
