As an Assistant Care Manager, you will work alongside the Care Manager to help ensure that the care we provide exceeds national standards outlined by Ofsted and CQC. You will assist in managing the home, providing direct support for young people, and helping to lead a team of dedicated autism professionals. In this role, you will be actively involved in mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and overseeing the care and learning practices for young people in your care.
Your responsibilities will include helping with the management of day-to-day operations, contributing to care plans, and supporting the team with training and development. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive best practices in autism care, while fostering a safe, caring, and supportive environment for the young people.
