An innovative SaaS Software business operating within the Green Tech space is looking to hire a dynamic, action-oriented CEO. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy, product & organisational structure of the business as it enters a fundamental growth stage.
CEO Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategy creation and approval process, collaborating with the Board to finalise our strategy, organisation design, and Go-To-Market (GTM) approach.
* Drive the transition towards a higher SaaS valuation business model and cultivate a culture conducive to this transformation, ensuring our long-term viability and growth.
* Demonstrate tangible improvements in team delivery pace, measured against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
* Champion and oversee increase in ARR, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives
CEO Skills And Attributes
* Worked within a C-suite role in an early stage investment backed SaaS B2B business, ideally with some B-Corp exposure
* Green Tech / Climate Change sector exposure is highly desirable
* Strong operational / product / finance background
* Adapting and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment, operating with ambiguous information at times
* Instrumental in driving growth in sub 1 million ARR business
* Worked with a high performing Chief Revenue Officer (successfully delegated commercial responsibility to a CRO / Commercial leader)
