Job Description
In this role you will:
* Run the operational and continuous improvement of digital services.
* Be the point of escalation for IT Digital Services.
* Take accountability for the end-to-end management and governance of digital services.

Person Specification
About you:
* You will be experienced in working in agile, at a strategic level and implementation to an operational level.
* You will have led and managed multiple IT Digital services meeting quality and contractual standards.
* You will have experience of delivering IT digital services through different resource models including internal, contracted workers, and third-party contracts.

This role will require full UK security clearance, and you should have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. For some roles, Developed Vetting will also be required, in this case, you should have resided in the UK for the past 10 years.
Qualifications
* ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) level 3 certified (or equivalent experience).
* Agile working e.g. PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or similar.
