Site Manager Opportunity with a Regional Contractor who specialise in Residential, Healthcare & Commercial
Your new company
You will be working for a well-known Regional Contractor who have been established for 50 years and have a proven track record of delivering both public and private sector work. They have projects which cover healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors - with values ranging from around £500k - £5m.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, reporting to the Contracts Manager. You will oversee Health & Safety, Site Progress, Toolbox Talks, Site Inductions, Ordering Materials, and keeping projects running to programme.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Qualifications as well as a proven track record of delivering projects up to £5m within the UK.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary of up to £55k plus a package on top which includes car allowance, pension, holidays, etc.
