Teaching Personnel's PWR Team are delighted to be partnering with a primary school in West London, in their search for a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). About the Role: Lead and manage the school's provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Develop and implement effective strategies to support the inclusion and progress of all pupils, including those with high needs. Work closely with teachers, parents/carers, and external agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to SEND support. Provide high-quality teaching and support to pupils with SEND, both individually and within small groups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to SEND provision. Promote a culture of inclusion throughout the school.
