We're recruiting a Trainee Support Engineer for a business at the forefront of Food Tech and Automation.

Package:
* £25,000 to £28,000
* Additional On-Call Rota Allowance
Location:
* Peterborough
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30 to 17:00
Responsibilities:
* Provide support for clients and diagnose problems by telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face.
* Log, track, and resolve support / maintenance requests and escalate them with the Support team when required.
* Provide out-of-hours customer support on a rota basis.
* Cross-sell and up-sell products by supporting the Sales team.
* Raise issues with the Software team and report feedback from customers.
* Assist in testing new software releases.
Skills:

* Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
* UK Driving Licence
* Engineering Qualification (Preferred)
* Knowledge of PLC Programming (Preferred)
