đŻ What Youâll Do
â˘â â Own & execute the sales strategy - Drive new business, lead generation, and brand growth.
â˘â â Close deals - Sell directly to our coaches, build relationships, and scale revenue.
â˘â â Optimise the funnel - Reduce churn, increase LTV, and refine our acquisition strategy.
â˘â â Lead & grow a team - Eventually build out a high-performing sales function.
â˘â â Experiment & scale - Test new channels, partnerships, referrals and campaigns to accelerate growth.
đĄ Who You Are
â˘â â A natural closer who thrives in a fast-paced startup.
â˘â â Self-motivated & ambitious - You want ownership, autonomy, and are more than willing to put in the work.
â˘â â Experience in B2B SaaS, fitness (preferred but not required).
â˘â â Proven ability to grow revenue & scale customer acquisition.
â˘â â Comfortable with a high-effort, high-reward opportunity with a clear route to leadership.
â˘â â Willing to work outside of hours when necessary to close overseas business.
