Job Description Lead Generation Specialist We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to kick-start their career in sales and marketing, with some experience of lead generation (theoretical or practical). If you are shy to be on the phone, this is not the role for you Responsibilities: Research, track, and update leads Make outgoing calls to develop new business Contact prospects to qualify leads Conduct customer research and market surveys Participate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations Provide accurate and timely information to the wider team Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Experience with cold calling and maintaining databases Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong project and time management skills 1-2 years of experience in Lead Generation would be ideal Day-to-Day: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and maintaining leads, conducting outreach via phone calls and emails, and supporting the sales and marketing team in achieving business objectives.
