Adecco are currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's team based in Aldermaston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Sales Administrator
Location: Aldermaston (You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle to get to this location)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
Process Web Orders: Accurately handle customer orders placed online.
Raise Proformas: Prepare and issue proforma invoices as required.
Verify Customer Accounts: Ensure all customer details and accounts are valid and up to date before processing orders.
Invoice Processing: Use Sage to raise and manage invoices in a timely manner.
Shipment Checks: Monitor shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing outstanding service.
Returns & Complaints: Process returns and effectively handle any customer complaints or issues.
General Administration: Assist with additional administrative tasks to support the sales process.Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
