What you'll do As an In-House Video Director at Zest, the creative agency of Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, directing, and overseeing the production of industry-leading video content from start to finish. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will develop creative treatments and storyboards that effectively communicate project objectives and the brand's vision. With a strong focus on delivering new creative styles and treatments across various platforms, such as social media, out-of-home, and above-the-line films, you will provide clear and effective direction during video shoots, ensuring that all visual and narrative elements align with the project's creative vision. Managing the post-production process, you will work closely with editors, sound designers, and other professionals to ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
