About the role
You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report into the Counter Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Build great relationships with our customers and your colleagues
2. Provide personalised consultations and skin services
3. Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our Liz Earle offers and in store promotions
4. Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme.
5. Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products

We are looking for people who:

* Enjoy meeting sales targets and playing their part to deliver great team performance
* Love to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare trends
* Are comfortable working both on their own and within a team
* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Liz Earle and help our customers find the best products for their needs

* Experience using skincare products on customers

Information about the role
We are now recruiting for a Liz Earle Customer Advisor for our Boots, Guildford High Street store.
Your basic hours will be 7.5 hours per week and your anticipated days of work will be Saturdays and Sundays. The anticipated shift patterns can be discussed in further detail in advance and at interview stage. We are open to a discussion where availability may vary from the below, so please do apply to register interest in the role:
1. Every Sunday (5.5 hours), with 1 Saturday per month (full day).
2. Every Saturday (full day).
We expect the successful candidate to retain some flexibility on weekdays to be able to attend training, meetings and conferences on occasion.
